Do you have a historic property available for sale?! You can now list historic real estate properties at www.lthp.org.  This is a new, free benefit for members of the Louisiana Trust. 

Not a member yet? We are introducing a six month limited free trial membership for listings - a great opportunity for realtors, Main Street organizations, and developers.   Properties listed will also be featured on social media and this newsletter connecting those interested in finding unique historic properties in all corners of Louisiana.  

Members of LTHP receive free listings based on their membership level:  

• Individual - up to 2 listings 
• Family - Up to 4 listings
• Business/Municipal - Up to 6 listings
• Preservationist - Up to 8 listings
• Landmark - Up to 12 listings
• Heritage - Up to 24 listings
• Presidential Circle - Unlimited listings

Conference Update

Out of concern for the health and safety to COVID-19, the Louisiana Preservation Conference scheduled for April 16 & 17 has been postponed until further notice.  We look forward to when we can gather again in Monroe & West Monroe to hear from all our great speakers, tour unique sites, and network with colleauges old and new.  The Louisiana Trust for Historic Preservation and partners are working to bring you preservation-related resources and video content online in the coming weeks.  You can support saving places throughout Louisiana and continue the work of the Louisiana Trust by making a donation or becoming a supporting member while we all practice social distancing and staying safe.
