Last Call for Most Endangered and Award Nominations

Is your nomination stuck in the draft folder?! Well, now is your last chance to submit a nomination for the 2021 Louisiana Preservation Awards and Most Endangered Places.  This is the first year public nominations are available for the Preservation Awards.  Learn more about categories, recent recipients, and more on our Awards page.  The deadline for 2021 Louisiana Preservation Awards is (tomorrow) MARCH 3, 2021

Since 1999, over 140 sites have been nominated to Louisiana's Most Endangered Places list - including 11 sites in 2020. If you know of a historic place that need some extra awareness and attention, please consider submitting your nomination by (this Sunday) MARCH 7, 2021.

The Bogalusa Coca-Cola Building was a 2018 MEP site and is now underway to be restored and reused.  Selected nominations will be featured in future programs and publications include the "2021 State of Preservation" booklet (See 2020's edition here).  Sponsorship opportunities are now available for these and other LTHP activities.
